KJ Williams
KJ Williams serves as Treasurer of Black in Business, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and fiscal accountability. He ensures transparency, responsible resource allocation, and sustainable funding strategies that support the organization’s long-term goals. KJ is committed to maintaining financial integrity while empowering BiB’s continued growth and impact.
Nana Addo
Nana leads digital storytelling and brand presence for Black in Business across social and media channels, shaping how the organization is seen internally and externally. Oversees content strategy, visual identity, and audience engagement to ensure consistent, high-quality communication. Highlights member achievements, key initiatives, and strategic partnerships while strengthening BiB’s professional image and expanding its reach.
Jathan Willis
Jathan serves as Vice President of Media for Black in Business, driving digital strategy and visual storytelling across platforms. He develops creative campaigns, manages content production, and ensures brand consistency in all communications. Jathan focuses on elevating BiB’s public presence by highlighting member success, organizational milestones, and strategic initiatives with clarity and impact.
