Founded on the concepts of Eudaimonia and the Talented Tenth our organization aims to create a space for Black students in the Kelley School of Business and all over the campus of Indiana University to achieve their goals.

 

Our mission is to foster a supportive community that empowers Black business students to achieve high academic performance, develop leadership skills, and seize professional growth opportunities.
